Orçamento de estado 2013 (Budget 2013 )

Hoje foi dia de sair o orçamento de estado Irlandês para 2013, ou seja o Budjet 2013.
Primeiro tenho a dizer, que é uma coisa muito demorada, onde estava a seguir começou ao meio dia e vai ate ao final da tarde...Que seca!!! Vou esperar pelo resumo, mas deixo aqui o que vi.

Logo o que me saltou a vista foi :

• Ireland Budget 2013: Hikes on alcohol: Beer/ cider – 10c; spirits – 10c extra per litre AND ON WINE, €1 increase on 75cl bottle...10 cents on 20 cigarettes
• Tourism still getting the 9 per cent reduced VAT rate in 2013
• PRSI. ( Broadening the base for PRSI contribs – increasing the min level of annual contrib from self-employed from €253 to €500 and abolishing the weekly allowance for employees)
• 10 per cent reduction to parliamentary allowance.
•  Motor tax costs rise by up to 25 per cent
• Spending in the area of Social Welfare has been increased by €150 million
• Child Benefit has been cut by €10 per month
• The duration of Jobseekers’ benefit will be cut by 3 months

Proposta de défice: (8.2 % em  2012 )

• 7.5 para 2013
• 5.1 para 2014
• 2.9 para 2015

Nota: mais uns cortes aqui, um aumento ali... foi o que vi. (mas em geral parece que estão a cortar bem).
